Grilled Sunburst Trout
It's almost time for Memorial Day, the unofficial start to summer! While we love hamburgers, it's nice to have a lighter alternative for those fun family cookouts. Trout is perfect on the grill, and this recipe will take the fear our of cooking it.
Ingredients:
4 Sunburst Trout Fillets
Salt
Pepper
See, super easy.
Turn on your grill and heat to medium high heat. Once it's hot, make sure it's cleaned of any cookouts past.
While the grill is heating up set out your fillets, and salt and pepper to your liking.
Now place the trout skin side down and close the lid. Let cook for 3 minutes.
Next open the lid and flip to flesh side down. Close the lid and cook another 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and enjoy with your favorite sides!
